Dr. rer. nat. Frank Stehr studied Biochemistry/Molecular Biology in Hamburg. He completed his doctoral thesis in Hamburg and Los Angeles in the field of Molecular Medical science. Since November 2003, he was in charge of Research at the Foundation.

Alexander Tempel studied Sports and Event Management in Bielefeld. From 2008 to 2012, Alexander studied at the Australian Graduate School of Management and graduated with an MBA (Executive) degree. Since April 2012 he has been leading the Event and Project Management area of the Foundation.

Dr. Frank Husemann
Dr. oec. Publ. Frank Husemann was born on February 20th, 1965. He studied Economics in Zurich and Freiburg and afterward worked for two banks in Germany and in the USA. Until 2005, he was an advisor for strategy at an international consulting company. Today he is involved in an international system constructor for energy economy in Hamburg.
Martin Hartleif
Mr. Hartleif was born on July 14th 1964 in Bochum and received his MBA from Dortmund. After completing the tax consultant exam in 1997, he worked as a partner in a national tax consulting firm. Since 2000 he has been in private practice in Dortmund. Mr. Hartleif is a member of the Old Table Dortmund and has was a founding member of the NCL Foundation.
Dr. Christian Borchard Dr. Christian Borchard was born on November 1st 1965. He studied economics at the University of Hamburg. After several stays abroad, he completed his dissertation at the Institute for Foreign and International Finance and Taxation. Since 1997 he has been an independent tax advisor. Dr. Borchard is a former member of the Hamburg Lions Club and voluntarily supervises the fiscal interests of the NCL Foundation.
