Dr. rer. nat. Frank Stehr studied biochemistry and molecular biology in Hamburg. He carried out his PhD thesis in Hamburg and Los Angeles in the field of molecular medicine. Nowadays, he is responsible for  the division "Research" of the NCL foundation. Furthermore,  his responsibilities include the representsation of the foundation at  research congresses and meetings.
