New therapeutic approaches for NCL: Systematic drug screening for childhood dementia!  19/03/2026

A research project funded by the NCL Foundation is testing around 10,000 already known compounds to determine whether they can correct disease-related changes in childhood dementia NCL. The aim of the project is to identify promising drug candidates and accelerate their progression into clinical development.
